Responding to the launch of superiors, the grassroots Trade Union of Thuan Phuoc Seafood and Trading Joint Stock Company is determined to transform the spirit of Workers' Month into specific and practical actions right at the production workshop, each job position with key contents.

First of all, putting the safety of life and health of workers first. With the theme of the Action Month on Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) in 2026 being "Innovating management and improving the effectiveness of OSH work in the digital age", the grassroots Trade Union of Thuan Phuoc Seafood and Trading Joint Stock Company is committed to closely coordinating with business leaders and units to strengthen assessment and identification of potential risks and hazards at the workplace.

Workers must not only stop at complying with the law but also proactively build a "safe culture" in each machine operation, each technical process. Businesses will apply digital technology to monitor, warn and train OSH, ensuring that every employee when coming to work is maximally protected and returns home safely every day.

Next is to continue to strongly implement the "Thank you workers" program. The Trade Union will proactively propose to employers to organize the "Trade Union Meal" program with improved quality, ensuring nutrition and hygiene.

This is not just a simple meal, but an opportunity for business leaders and trade unions to sit down with workers, listen and understand the thoughts and aspirations of brothers and sisters.

In addition, we will promote activities to visit and give gifts to union members in difficult circumstances, who have had labor accidents or suffer from serious illnesses, affirming the motto: "Taking workers as the center, grassroots trade unions as the foundation".

Arousing the spirit of innovation

According to Mr. Truong Van Quang, Da Nang city is strongly rising to become a technology and tourism center of the region. Therefore, each union member needs to constantly learn and train to improve professional skills and digital skills.

The grassroots trade union of Thuan Phuoc Seafood and Trading Joint Stock Company will launch the Peak Month to promote the movement of initiatives and technical improvements, encouraging each brother and sister to contribute at least one creative idea to reduce consumption norms, increase product quality, thereby increasing income for themselves and efficiency for the business" - Mr. Quang said.

In particular, in May, the grassroots Trade Union of Thuan Phuoc Seafood and Trading Joint Stock Company will participate in the "May Dialogue" Program and the Forum "Trade Union Members Contributing Opinions to Building Vietnam Trade Unions in the New Era".

This is an opportunity for all voices of workers to be listened to in a timely manner, from salaries, bonuses, living conditions in boarding houses to recommendations for building common policies of the Trade Union organization.
