Hung Yen Trade Union promotes care for the lives and well-being of workers

At the conference, the Hung Yen Provincial Federation of Labor (LDLD) launched an emulation movement in all levels of the Trade Union in 2026; at the same time, announced decisions to reward and reward collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in Trade Union activities last year.

The report at the conference showed that, with the goal of ensuring that all union members and workers are taken care of during the Lunar New Year, especially union members and workers in difficult circumstances, the Trade Unions at all levels in the province have focused on implementing many practical activities during the Lunar New Year 2025.

The whole province has organized 457 "Tet Sum Vay - Xuan Ung Deng" programs. As a result, 357,970 union members and workers were taken care of with a total budget of more than VND 111.8403 billion from the Union's financial resources at all levels and socialized sources.

Responding to Workers' Month 2025 with the theme "Vietnamese workers pioneering in entering a new era" and Month of action on occupational safety and hygiene (OSH) in 2025, the Provincial Federation of Labor held a launching ceremony for "Workers' Month, Month of action on USH in 2025".

Trade unions at all levels visited and presented gifts to 4,356 union members and workers in difficult circumstances, with a total amount of 6 billion 750 million VND.

At the same time, the Provincial Federation of Labor coordinated with the professional departments of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor to organize 2 training courses on environmental protection and occupational safety and hygiene for 240 union officials, people working in occupational safety, hygiene and hygiene at enterprises in the province.

The "Union Shelter" housing program continues to be effectively implemented. In 2025, the Provincial Federation of Labor supported the construction of new houses for 39 union members, workers, civil servants, and laborers in difficult circumstances, with a total amount of 1.95 billion VND, the support level is 50 million VND per house.

Along with that, the "Union Meal" Program was organized at 51 grassroots unions, attracting 26,617 union members and workers to participate, with a total meal value of over 1 billion VND. Of which, 4 grassroots trade unions in the production and business sector coordinated to organize for 7,530 union members and workers.

Also at the conference, the Hung Yen Provincial Federation of Labor organized a farewell to former cadres, specialists, and employees of the Provincial Federation of Labor who have transferred jobs, retired, or quit their jobs from July 1, 2025 to present.
