Head of the Central Policy and Strategy Committee visits policy families in Lam Dong

On April 29, a working delegation of Party and State leaders led by Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nghi - Member of the Politburo, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Policy and Strategy Committee - visited and presented gifts to policy families in Cu Jut commune, Lam Dong province.

Participating in the working delegation were Comrade Nguyen Thai Hoc - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF), and central organizations.

On the side of Lam Dong province, there were Members of the Party Central Committee, Provincial Party Secretary, Head of the Delegation of National Assembly Deputies of Lam Dong province and leaders of the People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province.

On the occasion of the 51st anniversary of the Liberation of the South and national reunification, the delegation visited the family of Ms. Luong Thi Than - a former youth volunteer who was infected with chemical toxins - and Mr. Ma Quang Vinh (a family worshiping martyrs).

At the places visited, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nghi cordially inquired about the health and life and expressed his deep gratitude for the contributions and sacrifices of policy families for the cause of national liberation.

Head of the Central Policy and Strategy Committee Nguyen Thanh Nghi wished the families to continue to promote revolutionary traditions, actively contribute to building their homeland and country to become more and more developed.

He also requested the Party committees and local authorities to continue to pay attention to and fully and promptly implement regimes and policies, ensuring the material and spiritual life of people with meritorious services in the area.
