Khanh Hoa - The locality has organized the handover of 2 Great Solidarity houses to households in difficult circumstances in the area.
On May 11, news from the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Do Vinh ward said that it had coordinated with philanthropists to organize the handover of 2 Great Solidarity houses to households in difficult circumstances in the area.
This activity aims to celebrate the National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front for the term 2026 - 2031.
According to the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Do Vinh ward, each house was built with a total cost of about 300 million VND.
In which, philanthropists supported a total of 122 million VND for 2 houses, the rest was contributed by the family and was supported by local people with construction labor days.
After a period of construction, the houses have been completed, ensuring spaciousness and solidity, contributing to helping households stabilize their accommodation, feel secure in labor production and gradually rise up in life.
Representatives of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Do Vinh ward said that supporting the construction of Great Solidarity houses is a deeply humane activity, showing the spirit of solidarity and mutual affection.
At the same time, contributing to the effective implementation of social security work, caring for poor households and households in difficult circumstances in the area.
Representatives of the supported families expressed their emotion and thanked the local authorities, organizations, and philanthropists for joining hands to support the families to have stable homes, creating more motivation to overcome difficulties.
