Many practical activities towards workers during Workers' Month

In May 2026, during Workers' Month, many businesses in Bac Ninh province have proactively further improved activities to care for workers' lives.

At Hosiden Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Quang Chau Industrial Park, Nenh Ward), the "Trade Union Meal" program serves about 5,000 union members.

According to Mr. Nguyen Van Tan - Chairman of the grassroots trade union, the value of each meal will be increased to 55,000 VND, significantly higher than the usual level of 21,000 VND.

This is not just a meal, but also a recognition and gratitude to help workers become more attached to the business" - Mr. Tan emphasized.

Similarly, Crystal Martin Vietnam Co., Ltd. in Quang Chau Industrial Park, Nenh Ward, will organize "Trade Union Meals" for about 7,000 workers in mid-May. In addition to regular meals, each meal is supplemented with about 25,000 VND including food, milk and drinking water.

According to Mr. Nguyen Van Chi - Chairman of the company's grassroots trade union, this support, although not large in material terms, is of practical significance in improving the lives and spirit of workers.

In May, trade union levels in Bac Ninh province also simultaneously organized "May Dialogue", forums to contribute opinions on building trade union organizations, and the program "Thank you to workers"...

These activities strengthen the belief and attachment of union members and workers to the Party, State, and Trade Union organization; arouse the spirit of dedication and innovation in labor and production.

Thereby, affirming the role of the Fatherland Front and member organizations in promoting the strength of great solidarity, accompanying localities for sustainable development.

Spreading the spirit of great solidarity, taking care of social security and vulnerable people

Previously, in the early days of October 2025, the historic storm No. 11 (Matmo) caused heavy damage in Bac Ninh province, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Bac Ninh province promptly called for mobilization to support people affected by storm No. 11.

The Relief Mobilization Committee under the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province supported funding for affected localities of more than 71 billion VND and goods and necessities worth 2 billion VND, helping people overcome difficulties and gradually stabilize their lives.

Bac Ninh is one of the leading localities in the country in eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses, with 5,636 newly built and repaired houses, with a total value of more than 195 billion VND for poor, near-poor, difficult households and policy families. Thereby, helping people stabilize their lives and have more motivation to rise out of poverty.

Responding to the movement "For the Poor - Leaving No One Behind", the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Bac Ninh province and member organizations actively mobilize resources to build the "For the Poor" Fund and social security program; every year, 100% of poor households are visited and receive Tet gifts.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Ha - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Bac Ninh province - assessed that the Fatherland Front and provincial mass organizations have become the "core" of the great national unity bloc, creating a combined strength to complete and exceed many set targets and tasks.

In the coming time, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Bac Ninh province will continue to mobilize all classes of people to accompany the Party Committee and government, implementing the goal of bringing Bac Ninh to develop quickly, comprehensively, and sustainably, becoming a centrally-run city before 2030.
