Lam Dong calls for joint savings deposits for the poor

On March 19, Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee said that Mr. Ho Van Muoi, Member of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, signed a document calling for response to the "Joining Hands for the Poor" savings program in 2026.

Accordingly, the province requests agencies, units, businesses, officials, civil servants, public employees and people to actively participate, contributing to mobilizing resources to serve social policy credit.

The "Joining Hands for the Poor" savings program is implemented to supplement capital for policy beneficiaries and the poor to access preferential credit, thereby developing production and improving their lives. The program's peak period will take place from April 1 to April 30, 2026.

Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee assigned the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province to strengthen propaganda and mobilize agencies and units managing state funds, charity funds, humanitarian funds and other legal capital sources to open accounts and maintain deposits at the Social Policy Bank.

This capital will be used to implement policy credit programs, contributing to the completion of national goals for the period 2026–2030.

In addition, organizations, businesses and individuals are encouraged to deposit money directly at transaction points of the Social Policy Bank in the area or through the VBSP Smart Banking application.

With the message "Small actions, great meaning", the Lam Dong Provincial Branch of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies calls on the community to join hands to create resources and support the poor and policy beneficiaries to rise up in life.
