Exciting arts competition at Adiana Vietnam Shoe Company

On October 11, the Trade Union of Adiana Vietnam Footwear Co., Ltd. announced that it had just organized a cultural and artistic contest to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the establishment of Thanh Hoa Trade Union (October 10, 1946 - October 10, 2026) and the 96th anniversary of the establishment of the Vietnam Women's Union (October 20, 1930 - October 20, 2026).

Attending the program were Mr. Le Xuan Hung - Deputy Head of the Trade Union Affairs Committee, Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation (LĐLĐ), along with a large number of union members and workers of Adiana Vietnam Footwear Co., Ltd.

At the contest, the teams brought many unique art performances, elaborately staged, attracting enthusiastic cheers from a large number of union members and workers.

The contest is a practical activity to create a healthy and useful cultural and artistic playground, contributing to improving the spiritual life of workers. Through performances, union members and workers have the opportunity to show their talents, creativity, solidarity, love for their homeland and country, and pride in the trade union organization.

Representatives of the Trade Union of Adiana Vietnam Footwear Co., Ltd. said that the contest is also an opportunity for union members and workers in departments, divisions and workshops to exchange, share, and strengthen solidarity.

This activity contributes to building a friendly working environment, creating a joyful and exciting atmosphere and adding motivation for workers to enthusiastically compete in production.

This is also an opportunity to affirm the role of trade union organizations in accompanying and caring for the lives, protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers; and at the same time contributing to building corporate culture.

At the end of the contest, the organizing committee awarded prizes to the teams that achieved excellent results.
