Thanh Hoa organizes the "Talented Workers of Thanh Land" contest in 2026
Thanh Hoa - Participating in the "Excellent Workers of Thanh Land" contest in 2026, 27 teams competed through many competitions on vocational skills and legal knowledge.
On October 4th, at the Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Culture House, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation (LĐLĐ) continued to organize the "Thanh Land Good Workers" contest for the leather and garment industry in 2026.
The contest has the participation of 27 teams, representing direct production workers at enterprises in the province. Among them, the garment industry has 13 teams, and the leather shoe industry has 14 teams. Contestants are mainly selected from grassroots-level contests to compete at the provincial-level contest.
Previously, on October 3rd, at the Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Culture House and Annora Vocational Education Center Co., Ltd., the teams participated in the practical competition with professional stages according to the specific characteristics of each industry.
Specifically, for the leather shoe industry, teams perform 5 stages including leather tailoring, 2-apron heel tailoring, medium-sized tailoring, rope binding and shell coating.
In the garment industry, candidates practiced sewing and completing 2 short-sleeved men's knitted shirts according to documents provided by the Organizing Committee.
On October 4th, at the Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Culture House, the teams continued to compete in the greeting and legal knowledge competitions.
According to the Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation, the contest is an opportunity for direct production workers to verify their skills, exchange experiences, and encourage workers to actively learn and improve their professional skills, meeting the increasing demands of businesses.
Through the contest, workers have more opportunities to improve their skills and labor productivity, thereby contributing to improving income and living standards.
The contest is also a practical activity to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the establishment of Thanh Hoa Trade Union (October 10, 1946 - October 10, 2026); concretizing the movement "5 pioneers, 5 companions striving to build a strong worker contingent", the movement "Good labor, high productivity, good income" and emulation movements for innovation and digital transformation among workers, civil servants, and laborers.
