News from the General Director of Central Power Corporation (EVNCPC) on October 17th said: Mr. Ngo Tan Cu - Member of the Member Council, General Director of Central Power Corporation (EVNCPC) visited, encouraged and presented 30 million VND to support the family of Mr. Ho Xuan Tram - Deputy Head of Legal Department of Da Nang Power Company (PC Da Nang) who is being treated for a serious illness.

In which, EVNCPC supported 20 million VND, and Mr. Ngo Tan Cu personally supported 10 million VND, to share difficulties with his family.

Mr. Ho Xuan Tram suffered from transverse myelitis, leading to quadriplegia and is currently being treated for a long time at Quang Nam Traditional Medicine Hospital.

His wife, Ms. Tran Thi My Nhan (born in 1988), suffers from rectal cancer and is being treated at Da Nang Oncology Hospital.

Both husband and wife are sick, have to be treated for a long time with high costs, while the family has two young children, the older one is in 10th grade, and the younger one is not yet 18 months old.

Faced with illness and weakened health, Mr. Tram could not continue to work and from October 1, 2026, resigned early according to EVNCPC's preferential treatment regulations.

At the visit, Mr. Ngo Tan Cu shared the difficulties that Mr. Tram and his wife are facing. The General Director of EVNCPC encouraged the family to make efforts in treatment, and at the same time presented support from the Corporation and individuals to contribute to covering treatment costs.

Visiting and supporting activities show the concern of EVNCPC leaders for workers in difficult circumstances, especially those who encounter health incidents.

Timely support contributes to reducing the cost burden, helping Mr. Tram's family have more conditions during the treatment process.

It is known that Mr. Tram was born into a family with a rich revolutionary tradition. His grandmother is Vietnamese Heroic Mother Huynh Thi Dong; her aunt and uncle are both martyrs.
