Quang Ngai Trade Union takes practical care of union members on the occasion of October 20th

These days, at the Provincial Labor Theater, hundreds of female workers, civil servants, and laborers are competing enthusiastically at the 2026 Quang Ngai Provincial Women's Volleyball Championship. The tournament is organized by the Provincial Labor Federation in coordination with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, attracting 13 football teams to participate and compete in two regions in the West and East of the province. The tournament takes place from October 10 to 18, contributing to promoting the cultural and sports movement among union members, workers, civil servants, and laborers (CNVCLĐ).

Mr. Dinh Quoc Tuan - Chairman of the Quang Ngai Provincial Labor Federation said that this is a specific activity to concretize the coordination program between the Provincial Labor Federation and the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism on promoting cultural and sports activities among union members, CNVCLĐ of Quang Ngai province in the period 2026-2030.

This is also a meaningful and practical sports activity specifically for female union members and workers, aiming to create a useful playground, contributing to building the image of female workers and employees who are healthy, dynamic, confident, and complete assigned tasks well. Through this, the program also contributes to spreading the message of the Launching Ceremony "Each citizen should choose at least one suitable sport to practice regularly".

Towards the celebration of Vietnamese Women's Day October 20th, the grassroots Trade Union of Happy Furniture Co., Ltd. (Vietnam) also coordinated with the Board of Directors of the company to organize a teambuilding and gala dinner program at Chau Tan beach, Dong Son commune.

The program attracted 130 union members and workers to participate with a total organizational budget of 85 million VND. This is a practical activity, showing the concern and care of the Trade Union organization and the company's leadership for workers, and at the same time creating opportunities for exchange and strengthening the spirit of solidarity between members.

Also towards celebrating Vietnamese Women's Day October 20th, Mensa Industries Co., Ltd. (VSIP Quang Ngai Industrial Park) in coordination with the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union organized a cultural program and presented gifts to union members and workers.

In particular, to support union members and workers in caring for and ensuring the safety of their children, Mensa Industries Co., Ltd. has presented each union member and worker with a Masstel Hero Smart 30 positioning clock for children, with a total budget of nearly 7 billion VND.

This is a practical gift, helping parents conveniently contact and track their children's location, thereby contributing to ensuring safety for children, helping workers feel secure in their work.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Yen, a worker working at Mensa Industries Co., Ltd., could not hide her joy when sharing about the meaningful gift that the company gave to her children. Her family has two young children, while the house is more than 25 km from the workplace. Every day, she has to go to work early in the morning and return late at night. Therefore, the time spent with her children is not much, and the worry about the safety of her children is always present in the mother's heart.

Thanks to the watch, my mother and I can easily contact each other. I am also more reassured to know where my child is. I really appreciate the company's concern. This is also a motivation for me to continue to stick with the company for a long time," Ms. Yen expressed.
