News from Nam Phuoc Commune Trade Union, Da Nang City on October 20th said: to celebrate the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Women's Union and Vietnamese Women's Day October 20th, the grassroots Trade Union of Phan Ngoc Anh Construction Materials Co., Ltd. organized many practical activities, from sports exchanges, commendation and rewards to caring for female union members and workers, contributing to spreading the beauty of corporate culture.

Opening the series of activities is a volleyball exchange program with 5 teams from 3 facilities of the company, including 3 women's teams and 2 men's teams. Exciting matches and enthusiastic cheers created a playground for health training, strengthening exchange and tightening solidarity between union members and workers.

Continuing sports activities, the anniversary gathering program took place in a solemn and warm atmosphere. Delegates reviewed the glorious traditions of Vietnamese women, acknowledged the contributions of female union members and workers in production, business building and family care.

Speaking at the program, Comrade Lam Thi Vy - Party Committee Member, Chairman of Nam Phuoc Commune Trade Union and Comrade Phan Ngoc Minh - Secretary of the Party Cell, Deputy Director of the company sent congratulations and acknowledged the contributions of female union members and workers.

At the same time, he emphasized the role of coordination between businesses and trade union organizations in caring for material and spiritual life, creating a united and friendly working environment.

On this occasion, the grassroots Trade Union commended and rewarded 3 typical collectives and 6 individuals, with a total budget of 6.6 million VND, recognizing their contributions to the workers' labor movement and Trade Union activities in the period October 20, 2025 - October 20, 2026.

This is encouragement for union members and workers, especially female workers, to continue to promote the spirit of responsibility, emulate good labor, creativity, and actively build happy families.

Cultivating corporate culture

The highlight in care work is that Nam Phuoc Commune Trade Union awarded 10 allowances, each worth 1 million VND, with a total budget of 10 million VND to female union members in difficult circumstances.

These supports show the timely sharing and encouragement of the Trade Union organization, adding motivation for women to overcome difficulties and feel secure in working.

Along with that, "Trade Union Meal" was organized with the support of business leaders, creating an opportunity for company leaders, trade union officials and employees to meet and share in a friendly atmosphere.

From common meals, understanding and bond between businesses and employees are nurtured, contributing to building harmonious labor relations at the unit.

In particular, leaders of Phan Ngoc Anh Construction Materials Co., Ltd. donated 110 sets of uniforms and dresses to female union members, each set worth 1 million VND, with a total cost of 110 million VND.
