Promotion and salary increase for 1,237 comrades of Dong Thap Police
Dong Thap - In 2026, 1,237 comrades of the Provincial Police were promoted in rank and salary.
On May 28, the Board of Directors of Dong Thap Provincial Police organized the 2026 rank promotion and salary increase ceremony. Major General Lam Phuoc Nguyen - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Director of Dong Thap Provincial Police attended and chaired the ceremony.
According to Dong Thap Provincial Police, in 2026, there are 1,237 comrades who have reached their retirement age and are eligible for promotion and salary increase. Among them, 12 comrades have been signed decisions on promotion and salary increase by the Ministry of Public Security; the rest are decided by the Director of Dong Thap Provincial Police.
Speaking at the ceremony, Major General Lam Phuoc Nguyen congratulated the officers and soldiers who were promoted to ranks and salary grades this time. He emphasized that this is not only an honor and pride but also comes with greater responsibility for each officer and soldier.
