Khanh Hoa - The locality has allocated nearly 25 billion VND to support house rent and travel expenses for officials, civil servants, public employees and employees after the merger.

Khanh Hoa province currently has a natural area of 8,555.86 km2, a population of more than 2.29 million people and 65 commune-level administrative units including 48 communes, 16 wards and Truong Sa special zone.

To create conditions to stabilize the life, psychology and working environment for the contingent of officials after arranging the organizational structure, the locality has implemented many support policies suitable to reality.

In 2025, the province supplemented more than 196 billion VND for the commune budget to repair and upgrade headquarters, purchase equipment and meet urgent needs for state management.

At the same time, more than 76 billion VND is allocated for regular expenditure tasks and more than 71 billion VND is for purchasing equipment to serve digital transformation.

In addition, nearly 23 billion VND was allocated to provincial-level agencies and units to repair facilities, transport public assets and arrange working conditions after the merger.

Implementing the Central Government's policy on arranging the organizational structure, Khanh Hoa has completed the consolidation of 13/13 specialized agencies under the Provincial People's Committee and another administrative organization directly under the Provincial People's Committee.

After arrangement, the whole province will have 14 administrative organizations directly under the Provincial People's Committee, a reduction of 14 units; 93 professional departments and equivalents, a reduction of 51 departments; 11 sub-departments, a reduction of 7 sub-departments.

At the commune level, 64/65 communes and wards have completed the consolidation of the organizational structure; established advisory agencies, political centers, and public administrative service centers according to regulations.
