According to the Ministry of Public Security's Electronic Information Portal, with the spirit of "Serving the people", in the past time, officers and soldiers of Tay Ho Ward Police (Hanoi) have always upheld their responsibility, been close to the area, and wholeheartedly helped, leaving many beautiful images in the hearts of people and international friends.

Recently, Ms. Doris Rupprecht (German nationality) came to Tay Ho Ward Police to ask for support in searching for lost relatives in Vietnam. She only has some old information about Mr. Nguyen Quy Cung (born 1931, died in 2014, previously living at No. 6, alley 160 Lac Long Quan, Tay Ho ward, Hanoi).
Immediately after receiving the information, Major Nguyen The Vu coordinated with officers of the Crime Prevention and Control Team of Tay Ho Ward Police to review and look up population data, and verify household registration information in the area.
With a sense of responsibility, dedication and solid professional skills, the working group identified the relative of Mr. Nguyen Quy Cung as Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Ngoc (born 1958, currently living at No. 36, alley 7, Hoang Minh Dao, Bo De ward, Hanoi).

After many years of separation, the emotional reunion between family in Vietnam and relatives from Germany was successfully connected thanks to the dedicated support of the grassroots police force.
Not only supporting people and foreign tourists, officers and soldiers of Tay Ho Ward Police also regularly help people find lost property.
On May 16, while patrolling the area, Major Nguyen The Vu picked up 2 wallets dropped by people. Immediately after that, Major Nguyen The Vu coordinated with officers and soldiers of the Ward Police to verify information, contact and directly return property to citizens.
Receiving back the property and all important papers, the citizens emotionally sent a thank-you letter to Tay Ho Ward Police, expressing their appreciation for the spirit of responsibility and dedication to serving people of the grassroots police force.
