Stagemaking of legal propaganda

On May 29, the Quang Ngai Provincial Labor Federation said that in the series of activities of Workers' Month and Action Month on Occupational Safety and Health in 2026, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation organized many legal knowledge contests and visual propaganda activities for union members, workers, civil servants, and laborers to participate.

Prominent are 2 competitions to learn about traffic safety laws in 2026 with the participation of 4 teams from grassroots trade unions in the Eastern Quang Ngai region including: VSIP Quang Ngai Co., Ltd., Quang Ngai Agricultural Products and Food Joint Stock Company, Millennium Furniture Co., Ltd. and XDD Textile Co., Ltd.

In addition, there are 4 teams from grassroots trade unions in the western Quang Ngai region including: Kon Tum Cassava Starch Co., Ltd., Kon Tum Sugar Joint Stock Company, Sao Mai Agricultural Product Processing Joint Stock Company and Tay Nguyen Cassava Starch Co., Ltd. - Dak Ha. The contests attracted more than 200 union members, workers, and laborers to watch and cheer.

The teams went through many exciting competitions such as: greeting, team introduction; test of legal knowledge on traffic safety and design of propaganda products. With vivid and creative forms of expression, the teams conveyed many meaningful messages about law compliance awareness when participating in traffic, spreading safe traffic culture among union members and workers.

Mr. Dinh Xuan Loc - Member of the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union of VSIP Quang Ngai Co., Ltd. shared that through performances and skits recreating real-life stories, propaganda to raise awareness about traffic safety becomes much closer and easier to understand.

Situation handling competitions also help union members and workers better understand their responsibilities when participating in traffic, and know how to protect their own safety, family and community.

Spreading safe traffic culture

In parallel, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation organized contests to learn about labor and trade union laws for union members and workers at Perennial Cable Co., Ltd. (Vietnam), Kon Tum Urban Environment JSC, Quang Ngai Water Supply and Drainage and Construction JSC and Mensa Industries Co., Ltd. The contest content focuses on the provisions of the Labor Code, the Law on Occupational Safety and Health, the Law on Social Insurance, the Law on Health Insurance, the Law on Employment and the Law on Trade Unions.

In addition, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation coordinated with the Economic Security Department (Provincial Police) to organize thematic propaganda "Raising vigilance - Proactively preventing risks of insecurity and safety for workers" at Hoya Lens Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Quang Ngai Branch).

Here, union members and workers are propagated key contents that are close to real life such as: traffic safety, prevention of social evils, vigilance against online fraud and "black" credit, ensuring security, order and preventing labor disputes...

In the coming time, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation will continue to promote the application of information technology in propaganda work, diversify digital communication channels and social networks to expand the scope of access. At the same time, strengthen coordination with functional sectors to organize more activities to disseminate and propagate laws associated with the actual situation of workers at enterprises and industrial parks.

Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Trang - Vice Chairman of the Quang Ngai Provincial Labor Federation said that the innovation of legal propaganda forms through contests, stage performances and direct dialogues has created a positive spread among union members and workers. Through these activities, the trade union organization wishes to help workers understand their rights and obligations, raise awareness of law compliance, and contribute to building a safe, civilized and stable working environment at enterprises.
