ĐÔNG GIANG (báo lao động) 11/05/2026 10:13 (GMT+7)

Quang Ngai - The whole province currently has 155 collective labor agreements signed, contributing to protecting the rights of workers.

At the beginning of 2026, the Provincial Labor Federation strengthened direction and guidance for upper-level trade unions directly at the grassroots level to accompany businesses in the process of negotiating and signing collective labor agreements (LCAs). Thanks to that, the whole province has signed 155 LCAs.

Among these, state-owned enterprises have 19 copies; foreign-invested enterprises have 32 copies; joint-stock companies and limited liability companies have 104 copies.

Not only increasing in quantity, the quality of collective labor agreements is also increasingly improved with many clauses that are more beneficial to workers such as salary increases, bonuses, increased mid-shift meal allowances, gasoline support and other welfare regimes.

Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Trang - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation said that the signing of the LĐTT agreement brings benefits to both workers and employers, contributing to building harmonious and stable labor relations. At the same time, it shows the responsibility of enterprises towards workers.

To have progressive LĐTT agreements, trade union officials not only need to understand the law but also need to be sensitive and skillful in the process of negotiating with businesses, thereby helping workers enjoy better policies.

In the coming time, the Provincial Labor Federation will continue to direct trade union levels to promote propaganda and raise awareness about the role and significance of collective bargaining and collective labor agreements. At the same time, encourage grassroots trade unions to establish legal advisory groups and negotiation groups to support workers and businesses in the process of dialogue and signing collective labor agreements.
