Visiting and giving gifts to union members who suffered labor accidents in Ho Chi Minh City

Within the framework of activities to respond to Workers' Month and Action Month on Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) in 2026 with the theme "Innovation - Improving Labor Productivity", the working delegation of the Vietnam National Group of Industry and Energy (Petrovietnam) Trade Union visited, encouraged, and presented gifts to workers in Ho Chi Minh City.

In which, the working delegation led by Mr. Vu Anh Tuan - Vice Chairman of Petrovietnam Trade Union - directly visited and presented gifts to union members and workers who unfortunately suffered labor accidents and health impairments, including: Mr. Nguyen Quyet Thang (working at Mining Enterprise, Vietsovpetro) who suffered labor accidents, health impairment of 56%; Mr. Dinh Van Thong (working at Drilling Enterprise, Vietsovpetro) who suffered labor accidents, health impairment of 50%.

At the destinations, the delegation cordially inquired about the health, life and recovery process, current work of workers. At the same time, affirming that Petrovietnam and the Trade Union always remember and appreciate the contributions of workers to the common development; committed to always being a solid support, accompanying workers to feel secure and attached, overcoming difficulties in work and life.

According to Petrovietnam Trade Union, for many years, the unit has always implemented many practical care activities for union members and workers. Workers' Month is even more an opportunity to continue to promote the role of the Trade Union organization in caring for and accompanying workers, especially for cases of difficult circumstances, serious illnesses, labor accidents...

Visiting and encouraging workers is always a beautiful feature in Petrovietnam's culture. In addition to supporting and encouraging workers materially, it is also a spiritual motivation for workers to feel secure in their work and strive harder in life," Mr. Vu Anh Tuan shared.
