The program is implemented by Tien Thanh Ward Trade Union in coordination with Tien Thanh Ward Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and Saigon-Binh Thuan Eye Hospital on the occasion of Workers' Month 2026.

Here, 40 union members who are elderly workers in difficult circumstances belonging to affiliated grassroots trade unions were examined, visually checked and consulted on eye health by medical staff.
Through examination, doctors and nurses conducted screening for many common diseases such as glaucoma, refractive errors, cataracts...

At the same time, workers are also guided on eye care methods, and advised on appropriate treatment directions to limit the impact on daily life and work.
