Quang Tri Provincial Labor Federation awards "Trade Union Warm House" to workers in difficult circumstances
Quang Tri - The Provincial Labor Federation supports the repair of "Trade Union Shelter" houses for union members in difficult circumstances during Workers' Month 2026.
On May 11, the Quang Tri Provincial Labor Federation said that it had just supported the repair of the "Trade Union Shelter" house for union member Hoang Mau Thin, a worker of Dang Viet Wood Co., Ltd. during Workers' Month 2026.
It is known that Mr. Hoang Mau Thin's family is in particularly difficult circumstances. With an income of about 5 million VND/month from the worker profession, he is the main breadwinner supporting his wife who has no stable job and 3 young children of school age.
For many years, Mr. Thin's family has lived in a dilapidated house but has not had the conditions to repair it due to economic difficulties.
Faced with that situation, the Quang Tri Provincial Labor Federation supported 25 million VND from the "Trade Union Social" Fund to help his family have more funds to repair the house.
Along with borrowing from the family, the old house has been repaired to be more spacious and solid, contributing to helping the family stabilize their lives, feel secure in working and take care of their children's education.
The house handed over on the occasion of Workers' Month 2026 is not only a practical gift for union members in difficult circumstances but also shows the concern and care of the Trade Union organization for union members and workers.
