Vietnam Medical Union commends 119 good workers, civil servants, and laborers
Ninh Binh - On May 29, the Vietnam Medical Union commended 119 excellent workers, civil servants, and laborers in the health sector in 2026.
Speaking at the opening, Mr. Nguyen Luong Tam - Chairman of the Vietnam Medical Union emphasized that Workers' Month 2026 with the theme "Vietnamese Workers: Innovation, improving labor productivity" is a motivation for the team of officials, union members, and workers of the health sector to continue to promote bravery, medical ethics, and spirit of responsibility, promote innovation, apply science and technology, and improve the quality of people's health care.

Mr. Nguyen Luong Tam also acknowledged the outstanding results of trade union levels in the health sector in the past time in innovating the content and methods of operation; promoting the movement of good labor, creative labor; caring for the material and spiritual life and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers.

Many typical collectives and individuals have shown a spirit of responsibility, creativity, dedication, putting patients at the center, contributing to spreading the good values of the health sector.
The Chairman of the Vietnam Medical Union requested trade union levels to continue to thoroughly grasp and effectively implement Resolution No. 72-NQ/TW; promote innovation and digital transformation; improve the quality of health services; better care for the lives of union members and workers; build a safe and humane working environment; emulate to effectively implement the movements launched by the Vietnam Medical Union, contributing to building the Trade Union organization and the health sector to become increasingly strong and developed.

Speaking to direct at the Conference, Mr. Pham Minh Khue - Deputy Secretary in charge of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Health acknowledged and highly appreciated the outstanding results of all levels of the Health Sector Trade Union in implementing Workers' Month 2026 and emulation movements associated with studying and following Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality, and style.
Comrade emphasized that in the context of the health sector promoting digital transformation and comprehensive innovation, union members and workers need to continue to promote the spirit of innovation, improve professional qualifications, medical ethics and quality of patient service;
At the same time, he requested trade union levels to continue to innovate the content and methods of operation; better care for the lives and working conditions of union members and workers; promote emulation movements for good labor and creative labor, contributing to building a modern, quality and humane Vietnamese healthcare system.



Workers' Month 2026 is widely implemented by health sector trade union levels with many practical activities, strongly oriented towards grassroots levels and union members and workers.
Through the activities of Workers' Month, the role of the trade union organization continues to be affirmed in accompanying, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers in the health sector; contributing to creating motivation for emulation, improving the spirit of responsibility, professional awareness and building a united and humane working environment.
At the Conference, the Vietnam Medical Union commended 119 excellent workers, civil servants, and laborers in the health sector in 2026. These are typical individuals selected from grassroots trade unions across the country, with many outstanding achievements in labor, work, scientific research, technical innovation and actively participating in emulation movements launched by the union.
