Grassroots trade union in Da Nang organizes skill contest for skilled workers

News from the Dien Ban Ward Trade Union, Da Nang city on May 19 said: The grassroots trade union of Da Nang Plastic Co., Ltd. (under the Dien Ban Trade Union) organized the "Excellent Worker Skills" contest in 2026 to celebrate the 136th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday and towards celebrating the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress, term 2026 - 2031.

The contest attracted a large number of union members and workers from production teams in the company to participate. This is an opportunity for workers to exchange, learn experiences, promote the spirit of emulation of good labor, creative labor; and at the same time improve professional skills, working style and sense of responsibility in labor production.

Through the competitions, many workers showed solid skills, proficient technical operations, and a serious and creative working spirit. At the end of the competition, the grassroots Trade Union awarded certificates of merit and bonuses to 7 workers with the most outstanding achievements representing 7 production teams of the unit.

The contest not only creates a lively emulation atmosphere among workers but also contributes to building a team of highly skilled workers, meeting production requirements, improving labor productivity and product quality at enterprises.
