Binh Duong Ward resolves "Mobile Public Administration" procedures for people
Ho Chi Minh City - Binh Duong Ward People's Committee coordinates with units in neighborhoods to guide and resolve public administrative procedures for people.
Binh Duong Ward People's Committee said that in the past time, the ward has always paid attention to innovating service methods, improving the quality of administrative procedure resolution and promoting online public service provision.
However, in reality, there are still many people, especially the elderly, workers and those who are not proficient in digital technology, facing difficulties in accessing public services.
Starting from that reality, Binh Duong Ward People's Committee coordinated with units to implement the "Mobile Public Administration" model. The goal of the model is to bring public administrative services closer to people right in residential areas.
According to the plan, the Ward Public Administrative Service Center coordinates with units to organize periodic mobile public administrative campaigns from 2 to 4 times per month. Priority is given to Sundays and evenings outside office hours.

At service points in neighborhoods, people are guided to carry out administrative procedures in many fields; supported to create accounts, sign numbers, submit online dossiers, pay online, look up dossier resolution results, register to receive results through public postal services; and at the same time, consulted and answered difficulties and obstacles in the process of carrying out administrative procedures.
The model also creates conditions for receiving dossiers regardless of administrative boundaries according to regulations, gradually increasing the proportion of online dossiers and reducing the pressure of receiving them at the Public Administration Service Center.
