Updated from the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, at 13:00 on July 26, the center of storm No. 2 Noul was located at about 23.6 degrees North latitude - 114.1 degrees East longitude, on land in the southern province of Guangdong (China). The strongest wind near the center of the storm is level 9 (75-88 km/h), gusting to level 11. The storm moves in the North-Northwest direction at a speed of 10-15 km/h.

Forecast for the next 12 hours, the storm will move in a North-Northwest direction at a speed of about 15 km/h and gradually weaken into a tropical depression, followed by a low pressure area.
