Party and State leaders visit President Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum on the occasion of July 27th
General Secretary and President To Lam and leaders and former leaders of the Party and State visited President Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum and offered incense to commemorate heroic martyrs.
To celebrate the 79th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs' Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2026), on the morning of July 26, a delegation of the Party Central Committee, the President, the National Assembly, the Government, and the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front came to lay wreaths and visit President Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum; offer incense to commemorate heroic martyrs at the Monument to Heroic Martyrs (Bac Son Street - Hanoi City).
Attending the funeral were Politburo members: General Secretary, President To Lam; Prime Minister Le Minh Hung; National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man; Standing Secretary of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu.
Former General Secretary Nong Duc Manh; former President Luong Cuong; former Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh; former National Assembly Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan, along with members of the Politburo, Secretaries of the Party Central Committee... and leaders of central departments, ministries, branches, and mass organizations attended the memorial service.
The delegation's wreath bears the words: "Forever grateful to the great President Ho Chi Minh".

Next, the delegation of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front led by Politburo Member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Bui Thi Minh Hoai, laid wreaths and visited President Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum.
Before the spirit of President Ho Chi Minh, leaders and former leaders of the Party and State expressed their sincere respect and boundless gratitude to Uncle Ho, the founder and trainer of our Party, as well as his great contributions to the glorious revolutionary cause of our Party and nation.
Following the revolutionary path outlined by President Ho Chi Minh, in any circumstances, our Party will always be steadfast in the goal of national independence associated with socialism, constantly improving leadership capacity and combat strength to successfully implement the comprehensive and synchronous renovation.
After visiting President Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum, the delegation of the Party Central Committee, the President, the National Assembly, the Government and the delegation of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front came to lay wreaths, offer incense, and commemorate the heroic martyrs at the Monument to the heroic martyrs on Bac Son Street.
In a solemn atmosphere, the delegates commemorated the outstanding children of the nation who spared no blood and bones, bravely fought and sacrificed for the cause of national liberation, for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland, for the happiness of the people. The wreath of the delegation bears the words: "Forever grateful to the heroic martyrs".


On the same morning, delegations of the Central Military Commission - Ministry of National Defense; Central Public Security Party Committee - Ministry of Public Security... came to lay wreaths, enter the Mausoleum to pay respects to President Ho Chi Minh and commemorate the heroic martyrs.
