Latest update from the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, at 7:00 AM on July 26, the center of storm No. 2 Noul was located at about 22.9 degrees North latitude - 114.4 degrees East longitude, on land in the southern province of Guangdong (China). The strongest wind near the center of the storm is strong at level 11-12 (103-133km/h), gusting at level 15. The storm moves in a West-Northwest direction at a speed of about 20 km/h.
Forecast for the next 12 hours, the storm will move in a North-Northwest direction, traveling about 15-20km per hour and gradually weakening into a tropical depression. By 7:00 PM on July 26, the center of the tropical depression will be located at about 24.5 degrees North latitude - 113.6 degrees East longitude; on land in Guangdong province (China). Dangerous sea area in the area north of 21.5 degrees North latitude; 113.0-116.0 degrees East longitude. Disaster risk level in the northern sea area of the Northern East Sea: level 3.

Forecast for the next 24 hours, the tropical depression will move in a North-Northwest direction at a speed of 15-20 km/h and gradually weaken into a low pressure area. Regarding the impact of the storm, storm No. 2 continues to go deep into the mainland of Guangdong province (China), gradually weakening and unlikely to directly affect the mainland of Vietnam.
