Announcing medical examination and treatment facilities in Yen Bai after the merger
Yen Bai - The Provincial People's Committee has just announced the merger of specialized hospitals into the Provincial General Hospital from April 1, 2025.
Accordingly, facility 1 includes expanding Yen Bai General Hospital to the entire current Lung Hospital. Facility 2 uses facilities of 3 Hospitals ( Obstetrics - Pediatrics, Traditional Medicine - Rehabilitation, Mental Health) and the Clinic, manages and cares for the health of staff, and conducts repairs into a common campus.
Yen Bai General Hospital has the function of medical examination, treatment, emergency, general medicine, specialization, rehabilitation, and health care for patients and people; organize and implement medical assessment activities in the area; regular medical examination, management, and health care for staff.
Regarding the organization of the apparatus, the leadership includes Directors, no more than 3 Deputy Directors; 10 functional departments, 25 professional departments and 3 Centers, including: Obstetrics and Pediatrics Center; Traditional Medicine Center - Rehabilitation; Mental Health Center.
The People's Committee of Yen Bai province assigned the Directors of the hospitals: Obstetrics - Pediatrics, Mental Health, Lung, Traditional Medicine - Rehabilitation, Endocrinology and Provincial General Hospital to be responsible for conducting financial inventories, assets, records, books, equipment; works, programs, investment projects (if any) and other related contents to hand over to the Provincial General Hospital according to the provisions of law and not affecting the operation of the unit.
