Live program honoring 10 outstanding Vietnamese workers nationwide in 2026

The program is organized by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor at the Vietnam - Soviet Friendship Labor Cultural Palace.

The program to honor typical workers is a spread, so that from the honored faces, millions of workers see their strength in each daily job.

The honoring ceremony contributes to affirming the position and role of workers and the working class in the new era; building the image of Vietnamese workers with political bravery, industrial style, professional skills, dynamism, creativity, innovative thinking, and the ability to adapt quickly to the development of science, technology and digital transformation.

At the same time, continue to ignite and spread the glorious traditions and contemporary values of the working class and laborers of Vietnam; inspire and create strong motivation for union members and laborers nationwide, contributing to improving the quality of human resources, serving the cause of national development.

10 typical workers nationwide in 2026 include:

1. Labor Hero Pham Dinh Duan - Deputy Head of Production Control Department, Vang Danh Coal Joint Stock Company - Vinacomin, under Vietnam National Coal - Mineral Industries Holding Corporation Limited;

2. Mr. Nguyen Ba Vuong - Specialist of Technical Department, Vietnam Airlines Corporation;

3. Mr. Hoang Ngoc Hien - Worker of Welding Team 2, Factory NS1, Dai Dung Nghi Son Mechanical Engineering Joint Stock Company, Thanh Hoa;

4. Mr. Nguyen Thanh Ngon - Head of Mechanical Team, Nam Viet Joint Stock Company;

5. Ms. Tran Thi Van - Industrial sewing machine operator, Hanoi Veston Enterprise, May 10 Corporation;

6. Ms. Huynh Thi Ly - Worker of product quality control (KCS) department, Yazaki EDS Vietnam Co., Ltd.;

7. Mr. Nguyen Duc Toan - Head Nurse of General Internal Medicine Department, U Minh General Hospital, Ca Mau province;

8. Mr. Nguyen Duc Hung - Worker of ChangShin Vietnam Co., Ltd., Member of the Trade Union of the department;

9. Mr. Nguyen Van Cung - Technical staff, Viettel Dak Lak Construction Branch, Viettel Construction Joint Stock Corporation;

10. Mr. Nguyen Duc Quyen - Technical worker, TOTO Vietnam Co., Ltd.

The 10 individuals honored are 10 beautiful flowers in the emulation movement, contributing to building a more humane, creative, and effective working environment. And that is also a practical contribution of the Trade Union organization to the goal of building a more modern, creative, braver, and responsible Vietnamese workforce.
