Nghe An Labor Culture House celebrates 40 years of establishment
Nghe An - After 40 years of construction and development, the Provincial Labor Culture House continues to innovate, aiming to improve the spiritual life of workers.
On the afternoon of October 9, the Nghe An Provincial Labor Culture House held a ceremony to celebrate the 40th anniversary of its establishment. Attending the ceremony were Mr. Nguyen Van De - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Mr. Nguyen Dinh Hung - Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; Mr. Kha Van Tam - Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Kha Van Tam emphasized that over the past 40 years, despite experiencing many difficulties and shortages, generations of officials, employees, and workers of the Provincial Labor Culture House have continuously made efforts, innovated the content and methods of operation, and gradually affirmed their role as a cultural institution of the Trade Union organization.
From the early days when facilities were still limited, the unit organized many political events, mass art performances, sports competitions, talent training classes, professional skills and life skills. Thereby, creating a healthy playground, strengthening connections, contributing to caring for the spiritual life of union members, workers, and laborers.
According to Mr. Kha Van Tam, the value of the Labor Culture House is not only in the number of programs and activities organized but also in the joys, sharing and connection that the unit brings to workers. This is also one of the ways the Trade Union organization fulfills its responsibility to comprehensively care for and strive to improve the quality of life of union members and workers.
In recent years, with the attention of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and leaders of Nghe An province, the facilities of the Provincial Labor Culture House have been gradually invested in and upgraded, creating conditions to organize cultural, sports and event activities that are increasingly professional.
Regarding the orientation of activities in the coming time, Mr. Kha Van Tam said that the development of industrial parks and changes in the needs of the labor force, especially young workers, pose requirements for innovation for Trade Union cultural institutions.
The Provincial Labor Culture House needs to take workers as the center of service; build practical cultural and sports programs suitable to the specific shift work of workers. At the same time, proactively innovate management models, improve the quality of operations, promote socialization according to regulations, develop a team of professional officials and strengthen the application of technology and digital transformation in communication, connecting union members.
The Chairman of the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation expressed his expectation that the Provincial Labor Culture House will continue to become a typical cultural address of the Trade Union organization, a close and practical space where union members and workers feel connected, shared and attached.
On the occasion of the 40th anniversary of its establishment, leaders of the Provincial Labor Federation acknowledged, praised and expressed gratitude for the contributions of generations of officials, civil servants, and workers who have contributed to building and developing the Nghe An Provincial Labor Culture House.
