Hai Phong - Hai Phong City Labor Federation has just supported 3 workers who died in traffic accidents on An Duong Industrial Park road, each case 15 million VND.

On the evening of September 27th, the Trade Union Board of the Industrial Park of the Hai Phong City Labor Federation (LĐLĐ) informed about the incident that occurred in the early morning of September 26th, at level crossing No. 7 of An Duong Industrial Park, killing 3 workers.

The 3 victims are cousins, from Son La province, living in the same boarding house. Among them, L.D. A (worker of RayLink Technical Co., Ltd., came to Hai Phong to work from September 2026, not yet a trade union member); L.V.V (worker of RayLink Technical Co., Ltd., came to Hai Phong to work from December 2025, is a trade union member); L.V.D (worker of H&T Co., Ltd., came to Hai Phong from the beginning of September 2026, is a trade union member).

On the evening of September 25, after finishing work, these 3 workers invited each other to go out. According to data extracted from security cameras around the area, at exactly 1:25 am on September 26, on the way home, a motorbike carrying 3 people crashed straight into the back of a truck. At this time, the truck was parked close to the roadside (right next to the gate of H&T Company). The weather conditions at that time were heavy rain, the road surface was wet, causing visibility to be obscured and limited. As a result, the strong collision killed all 3 people on the spot.

By 4 pm on September 26, the bodies of the victims had been taken back to their hometowns in Son La province.

After the incident, companies and grassroots trade unions where workers worked encouraged and supported the family to take care of the funeral. The Hai Phong City Labor Federation sent condolences, condolences, encouragement, and support to each victim's family of 15 million VND.
