Dak Lak supports capital and creates jobs for more than 16,000 workers
Dak Lak - In the first 9 months of 2026, functional agencies have supported capital and created jobs for more than 16,000 workers.
On September 28, the Department of Home Affairs of Dak Lak province said that in the first 9 months of 2026, job creation, capital support and sending workers to work abroad were implemented with many solutions. Thereby, contributing to creating jobs and increasing income for workers.
Implementing the policy of lending capital to support job creation, maintain and expand jobs, the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies has disbursed for 16,019 projects, with a total amount of 1,120 billion VND. Of which, the capital mobilized by the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies is 576 billion VND, and the local budget entrusted is 544 billion VND.
This capital source contributes to solving jobs for 16,109 workers.
Regarding the policy of lending capital to work abroad under contracts, in the first 9 months of the year, 84 people were lent with a total amount of VND 6.383 billion.
Counseling and job introduction work continues to be promoted. The whole province is estimated to solve jobs for about 44,600 workers, of which about 2,420 people go to work abroad under contract; seasonal workers in Korea alone are about 1,362 people.
The Provincial Employment Service Center has organized 127 activities including transaction sessions, job fairs and job counseling. At the same time, it organized 43 conferences to propagate, counsel, introduce domestic jobs and send Vietnamese people to work abroad.
Through this, job, career and policy counseling for 70,500 people, exceeding 17.5% of the plan; job introduction for 8,000 people, exceeding 6.67% of the plan.
Mr. Nguyen Quang Thuan - Deputy Director of Dak Lak Provincial Department of Home Affairs - said that in the coming time, the sector will continue to innovate consulting and job introduction activities, strengthen connections with businesses, vocational education institutions and local authorities. Employment policy propaganda will be focused on in rural areas, ethnic minority areas and areas with many workers looking for jobs.
For workers going to work abroad, the Department of Home Affairs will strengthen the provision of information about the market, recruitment conditions, income, costs and benefits, helping workers have full information before registering, limiting risks and improving program effectiveness.
