Tay Ninh opens up more housing opportunities for workers in Ben Luc

For many workers and laborers, having a stable place to live is not only about "having a house to live in", but also a foundation to feel secure in working and stabilizing life. From that need, the Ben Luc Commune Trade Union, Tay Ninh province, has just coordinated with Prodezi Long An Joint Stock Company to organize the implementation of the social housing program under the Luong Hoa - LA Home Residential Area project in Luong Hoa commune, Tay Ninh province, to workers and laborers working and living in the commune.

Here, workers are introduced to a general overview of the LA Home social housing apartment project, implementation progress, legal procedures and conditions related to home purchase. Notably, the registration process, dossiers, steps to carry out apartment purchase procedures and support policies and incentives for people eligible to buy social housing are also specifically informed.

According to the introduced content, the project has 400 social housing apartments for sale, with an expected price from 385 million VND/apartment, excluding value-added tax (VAT). Buyers if they have needs and meet the conditions according to regulations can access support loans through the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies, with the maximum loan amount introduced being 70% of the apartment value, interest rate 5.4%/year.

This specific information helps workers and laborers have more basis to prepare dossiers, determine conditions and consider options suitable to the needs and financial capacity of their families.

Not only providing information, the program also creates a direct connection channel between workers and project development units and housing support policies, thereby bringing information about social housing closer to workers and laborers in Ben Luc commune.
