On the afternoon of September 27, the Bac Ninh City Labor Federation organized the Final Program of the 2026 Festival of Arts and Culture for Workers, Civil Servants and Laborers.

After the competition round in 5 clusters, 16 best teams from grassroots trade unions gathered at the final round of the second Bac Ninh City Festival of Arts and Culture for Workers, Civil Servants and Laborers in 2026.

Attending were Ms. Nguyen Thi Ha - Chairwoman of the City Fatherland Front Committee; Mr. Thach Van Chung - Member of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Chairman of the City Labor Federation, Ms. Le Thi Suong Mai - Member of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Chairwoman of the Can Tho City Labor Federation and the working delegation of the Can Tho City Labor Federation.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, leaders of the Bac Ninh City Labor Federation emphasized that the festival is not only an art playground, but also creates conditions for union members and workers to show their talents, passions, promote creativity and love for their homeland and country.

Thereby contributing to strengthening the bond between workers and trade union organizations and businesses, building harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations.

With the theme "Labor Song and Aspiration to Rise", this year's festival is large-scale, with more than 1,000 non-professional actors from 77 grassroots trade unions, bringing 162 elaborately staged performances.

From 5 clusters in the preliminary round, the organizers selected 16 excellent teams to participate in the final round. Each team built a program consisting of 3 - 5 performances, including at least one male and female vocal group combined with accompanying dance, with a duration of no more than 20 minutes.

The content focuses on praising the tradition of the working class, the Vietnam Trade Union organization; love for labor, homeland, and country; and at the same time reflects the cause of innovation, digital transformation, integration and development.

In the final round, the teams all invested elaborately, prepared methodically for each performance, bringing diverse artistic colors.

The organizing committee built this year's festival award structure including: 1 First Prize; 3 Second Prizes; 5 Third Prizes; 7 Consolation Prizes. In addition, there are 6 sub-prizes for performances and individuals in the following categories: Excellent voice; excellent dance performance; excellent musical instrument performance; excellent performing actor; elaborate and creative staging performance; performance praising the best trade union organization.
