Pickleball tournament creates a playground, connecting workers
Thanh Hoa - The 2nd expanded Hac Thanh Ward Trade Union Pickleball Tournament attracted 18 participating units, creating a sports playground, connecting union members and workers.
On September 26, Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation said that Hac Thanh Ward Trade Union has just organized the 2nd expanded Ward Trade Union Pickleball tournament in 2026, practically celebrating the 80th anniversary of the establishment of Thanh Hoa Trade Union (October 10, 1946 - October 10, 2026).
The tournament attracted 76 athletes from 18 agencies, units, and businesses, competing in categories including: leadership doubles (male doubles, mixed doubles) and amateur doubles (male doubles, mixed doubles, mixed doubles).
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Van Tien - Chairman of Hac Thanh Ward Trade Union - said that with the motto "Healthy to work, healthy to contribute", the tournament creates a healthy and useful playground for union members, workers, civil servants, and laborers to exchange, practice physical exercise, improve health and spiritual life.
Through the tournament, Hac Thanh Ward Trade Union contributes to strengthening the connection between union members and workers at agencies, units, and businesses; spreading the spirit of solidarity, promoting emulation movements, and encouraging union members and workers to successfully complete assigned tasks.
Immediately after the opening ceremony, the matches took place sôi nổi, hấp dẫn with many beautiful plays, dramatic score chases, attracting a large number of union members, workers and people to cheer.
The 2nd Hac Thanh Ward Trade Union Pickleball Tournament in 2026 is an activity to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the establishment of Thanh Hoa Trade Union, and also shows the concern of the Trade Union organization for the spiritual life of union members and workers.
Through this, the activity contributes to spreading the movement of physical training and sports, strengthening cohesion, and encouraging union members and workers to actively train and successfully complete assigned tasks.
