Prime Minister Le Minh Hung chairs the welcoming ceremony for the Prime Minister of Slovakia
On the morning of April 13, at the Presidential Palace, Prime Minister Le Minh Hung chaired the official welcoming ceremony for Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico.
Delighted to welcome the first international guest in the position of Prime Minister and in the context of the traditional friendly relations and multifaceted cooperation between Vietnam and Slovakia developing positively, Politburo Member, Prime Minister Le Minh Hung went to the car door to welcome Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico.
After receiving a bouquet of fresh flowers from children in Hanoi Capital, Prime Minister Robert Fico and Prime Minister Le Minh Hung walked side by side on the red carpet towards the podium of honor amidst the waves of students with the Slovak and Vietnamese national flags in their hands. When the two leaders stepped onto the podium of honor, under the national flags of the two countries, the Slovak and Vietnamese national anthems were sent up.
In a solemn atmosphere, the two Prime Ministers walked together to salute the national flags of the two countries.

Prime Minister Le Minh Hung invited Prime Minister Robert Fico to review the Honorary Team of the Vietnam People's Army. The two Prime Ministers introduced members of the high-level delegations of the two countries to attend the welcoming ceremony and witness the welcoming military parade of the Honorary Team of the Vietnam People's Army.
After the welcoming ceremony, the two Prime Ministers moved to the Government Headquarters to hold talks and witness the signing and handover of cooperation documents between Vietnam and Slovakia.

After 76 years of establishment, the relationship between Vietnam and Slovakia has developed well, and both sides attach importance to the traditional friendly relationship that has been built since before. The two sides regularly maintain visits, meetings, exchanges, and high-level and all-level contacts.
On the basis of good traditional friendly relations, the official visit to Vietnam by Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico is an opportunity for the two sides to continue to consolidate political trust, promote substantive cooperation and open up new orientations, contributing to creating new development momentum for the relations between the two countries in the coming time.
