The Prime Minister requested to continue promoting the spirit of 3 shifts and 4 teams, "overcoming the sun, overcoming the rain, not losing to storms and winds", "eating and sleeping urgently", "not having enough time to work at night during the day", "over holidays, during Tet, during holidays"... to ensure the set progress, while improving quality, ensuring the technical, aesthetic, safety and environmental sanitation of the project.

The Prime Minister requested the project management board to continue to pay attention to the income, material and spiritual life of workers. At the same time, key contractors need to cooperate and create conditions for subcontractors and local businesses to grow, mature and do other projects.
