More than 1,100 kindergarten teachers in Lang Son benefit from support policies
Lang Son - The Provincial People's Committee has just approved the list of beneficiaries of support policies under Decree 277 in the 2025-2026 school year in 19 communes and wards.
Lang Son Provincial People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 938/QD-UBND approving the list of beneficiaries of support policies according to Decree 277/2025/ND-CP of the Government on universal preschool education for children from 3 to 5 years old in the 2025-2026 school year in 19 communes and wards in the province.
According to the decision, the whole province has 2,818 children supported with lunch, 1,729 children supported with tuition fees and 1,132 management officials, teachers, and staff who enjoy support policies to serve universal preschool education.
Among the localities benefiting from the policy, Thong Nhat commune has the highest number of children supported with lunch and tuition fees with 375 children; followed by Mau Son commune with 265 children and Na Duong commune with 250 children.
Ky Lua Ward is the locality with the highest number of management officials, teachers, and staff benefiting from policies with 117 people.
The support list includes children from groups such as poor households, near-poor households, children in particularly difficult villages, communes in area III... along with management staff, teachers, and staff directly involved in implementing the task of universal preschool education at educational institutions in the area.
According to Lang Son Provincial People's Committee, for management officials, teachers, and staff participating in the task of universalizing preschool education, the benefit period is calculated from the time the Decree takes effect until the end of August 2026.
The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Finance to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies to appraise and advise on supplementing the budget expenditure estimate to implement the policy.
At the same time, the Department of Education and Training and the People's Committees of communes and wards are responsible for the accuracy of dossiers, conditions, and standards of the subjects approved to receive support.
