The Deputy Prime Minister requested ministries, branches, agencies, and localities to prioritize resources and focus on closely following the progress of the general review of the VBQPPL system.

In which, pay attention to diversifying the methods of collecting opinions, focusing on collecting feedback from people, businesses, affected subjects, officials, and civil servants on the review results, ensuring completion time according to the Plan of the Steering Committee for the General Review and the directions of the Government and the Prime Minister; pay attention to communication and widespread information about the purpose, requirements, role, meaning, situation, results of the general review, and solutions to improve the legal documents system.

Believing that the independent appraisal and evaluation of the Ministry of Justice is very important, the Deputy Prime Minister requested the Ministry to develop criteria for evaluating the results of public and transparent reviews. The Supreme People's Court, the Supreme People's Procuracy, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, and VCCI need to urgently summarize recommendations on policies and problems arising from practice, and send them to ministries, branches, and localities for research and review.

The Ministry of Finance shall preside over and coordinate with the Ministry of Justice to continue to remove difficulties and obstacles of ministries, branches and localities in the process of preparing cost estimates for the task of general review of the VBQPPL system after having guiding documents on guaranteed funds, and urgently assign additional budget estimates to ensure implementation.

The Ministry of Science and Technology continues to guide and promptly handle difficulties and obstacles arising in the process of using artificial intelligence solutions to support the review of legal documents.

I emphasize that artificial intelligence (AI) is only a supporting tool, not replacing humans; ministries and sectors are responsible for the quality and progress of the review and pay special attention to ensuring information security, data security, and have verification by legal experts," the Deputy Prime Minister stated his opinion.
