Yamashin Vietnam Grassroots Trade Union: A solid support for workers

Yamashin Vietnam Co., Ltd. currently has 172 workers and laborers, of which the majority are female with 130 people. Notably, 100% of employees in the company participate in the trade union organization. This is an important foundation for the Yamashin Vietnam Trade Union to promote its role as a gathering, representing and accompanying union members and workers.

According to the report at the Congress, the company's workforce is young, stable, and complies well with labor regulations and rules. Labor relations at enterprises are maintained in harmony, stability and progress.

The grassroots trade union regularly grasps the thoughts and aspirations of workers, promptly reflects and makes recommendations to the company's Board of Directors, thereby contributing to limiting disputes and creating a safe and friendly working environment.

During the past term, the Vietnam Yamashin Trade Union has focused on implementing many activities to practically care for union members and workers. The total annual budget spent on caring for union members is about 252.5 million VND.

In addition, the union also spends more than 191 million VND on ceremony, movement, and event activities to improve spiritual life, creating a cohesive atmosphere among the working group.

Entering term II (20252030), the Yamashin Vietnam Trade Union has determined to continue to take workers as the center of all activities. The union will focus on protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members; increase listening, dialogue, receive and promptly reflect the recommendations of workers.

In addition, closely coordinate with the company's Board of Directors in improving working conditions, ensuring occupational safety and hygiene, and maintaining regular union activities every 3 months. Thereby, building an increasingly strong trade union organization, actively contributing to building a stable, united and sustainable working environment.
