Dien Bien - In the afternoon of May 9, the Provincial Party Committee organized a meeting with the delegation attending the 11th National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, term 2026 - 2031.

At the meeting, Ms. Lo Thi Minh Phuong - Standing Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee (VFF) reported on the situation of the delegation attending the 11th National Congress of the VFF, term 2026 - 2031.

Regarding structure and composition: Delegates are full-time officials of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province 37.5%; delegates are ethnic minorities 87.5%; delegates are non-Party members 31.3%; delegates are women 37.5% and delegates representing the business sector 6%.
