Dak Lak - Local governments are building digital communities to each household in villages and hamlets.
On September 14, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tan Lap ward (Dak Lak province) informed that the unit and socio-political organizations of the ward had just coordinated to organize a training conference "Digital People's Education" for more than 100 officials, union members, association members and people in Kŏ Mliâo village.
At the program, people were directly guided by officials on basic digital knowledge and skills and practiced directly on smartphones.
The training content focuses on practical skills, helping people gradually access and use digital platforms and digital utilities to serve their needs for learning, communication, work resolution and daily life.
Through direct guidance, people have the opportunity to practice directly on personal devices, thereby being more proactive in using technology. Unclear contents are specifically guided by Front officials and mass organizations, according to the motto "holding hands and guiding", suitable for each person's ability to access.
Ms. Hoang Thi Thuy - Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tan Lap ward said that this activity not only equips people with digital skills but also contributes to promoting the role of Front officials and socio-political organizations in accompanying the community to implement digital transformation. Thereby, gradually narrowing the digital gap and improving digital capacity in the community, especially in residential areas.
The implementation of "Digital Literacy" in Kŏ Mliâo village also contributes to bringing the benefits of digital transformation closer to the community. From the basic skills equipped, people can gradually form the habit of using digital platforms safely and effectively in life.
