Commune police in Hanoi return lost property to foreign tourists
Hanoi - Ung Thien Commune Police have found the lost camera of a Belgian tourist, returning the property intact to the owner.
According to Hanoi City Police, on September 6, 2026, during a visit and check-in at the tăm hương craft village tourist area, Cau Bau village, Ung Thien commune, tourist Edwin, Belgian nationality, unfortunately lost a valuable camera.
Immediately after receiving the reflection, Ung Thien Commune Police urgently verified and implemented search measures; and at the same time coordinated with Cau Bau village authorities and related people to review and verify information about lost property.
After 2 days of verification and searching, Ung Thien Commune Police found the camera and preserved it intact to return to the owner.
On September 11, tourist Edwin returned to Ung Thien Commune Police to receive his property back.
Happy and touched, tourists expressed their gratitude for the spirit of responsibility and dedication of the commune police officers and soldiers.
A camera was found again, a joy was given; thereby contributing to spreading the beautiful image of the Vietnamese Police soldier who is dedicated, responsible, and serves the People.
