Improving skills to fight against wrong and hostile views in cyberspace
On the afternoon of September 28, Steering Committee 35 of the Party Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour organized a training session on skills to deploy the work of protecting the Party's ideological foundation and fighting against wrong and hostile views in the new situation.
Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Standing Vice President of the VGCL Ngo Duy Hieu - Head of Steering Committee 35 of the VGCL Party Committee; Standing Deputy Secretary of the VGCL Party Committee Vu Anh Duc attended and chaired the training.
Attending the training were members of Steering Committee 35; members of the Secretariat and assisting group of Steering Committee 35, members of the Public Opinion Group of the Party Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour; representatives of Party committees, cadres, and party members directly advising on the work of protecting the ideological foundation of the Party, fighting against the wrong and hostile views of branches and party committees directly under the Party Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour.
The training session aims to raise awareness and responsibility of Party committees, Party organizations, cadres, party members, especially the team directly advising and deploying the work of protecting the Party's ideological foundation in the Party Committee of the VGCL; update new issues on the ideological situation and public opinion; identify methods and tricks of spreading false information, wrong and hostile views in cyberspace and issues raised for the work of protecting the Party's ideological foundation and Trade Union organizations in the new situation; strengthen coordination between forces to fight to protect the Party's ideological foundation in affiliated branches and Party committees; build a core force with appropriate knowledge, skills and methods to effectively implement the task of protecting the Party's ideological foundation and Trade Union organizations.
At the training session, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Standing Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour, Head of Steering Committee 35 of the Party Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour Ngo Duy Hieu directly conveyed the topic "Deploying the work of protecting the Party's ideological foundation, fighting against wrong and hostile views and issues posed to the Trade Union organization"; Reporter of Command 86, Ministry of National Defense conveyed the topic "Skills of identifying and processing bad and toxic information and fighting against wrong and hostile views in cyberspace".
