Promoting the application of technology, improving the efficiency of Trade Union activities

On the afternoon of October 22, the Can Tho City Labor Federation (LĐLĐ) organized the Signing Ceremony of the Coordination Regulation of Ton Duc Thang University; Conference on professional training in Trade Union work for grassroots Trade Union (CĐCS) officials in 2026.

Ms. Le Thi Suong Mai - Chairwoman of the Can Tho City Labor Federation clearly stated that the signing ceremony of the Coordination Regulation and the professional training class on Trade Union work are closely related to each other. According to Ms. Le Thi Suong Mai, one side creates more resources, conditions and opportunities for cooperation; the other side directly improves the capacity of the staff to meet task requirements.

What we want is not only to stop at signing a regulation, but more importantly, to build a practical, long-term and effective coordination mechanism," emphasized the Chairman of the Can Tho City Labor Federation.

For the professional training class on Trade Union work, the Chairman of the Can Tho City Labor Federation requested that the Organizing Committee proactively prepare thoroughly the conditions for teaching and learning; ensure smooth organization and online connection; seriously monitor the participation in learning, and promptly summarize difficulties and obstacles for coordination and answering.

For reporters and lecturers, focus on conveying core contents, new regulations and necessary skills; strengthen practical situational exchange, share experiences, and guide how to handle common problems at grassroots trade unions, helping students to apply them immediately to work.

For trade union officials attending the training class, the Chairman of the Can Tho City Labor Federation proposed to promote the spirit of responsibility, seriously study, proactively exchange and boldly raise difficulties and obstacles from the unit's practice to be guided and answered.

The results of the training class are not only in the knowledge imparted, but must be shown by changes in capacity, working methods and the effectiveness of Trade Union activities at the grassroots level.

Each official needs to proactively innovate their working methods, be close to union members and workers, and take service efficiency as a measure of work quality," emphasized the Chairman of the Can Tho City Labor Federation.

According to the plan, the training class will take place in 3 days, from October 22 to 24, in a direct form for key Trade Union officials at 78 grassroots Trade Unions and online at 500 grassroots Trade Union bridge points. The training content includes 4 topics.
