Large enterprises in Vinh Phuc region have organized a new term Trade Union Congress

On December 21, speaking with Lao Dong, Ms. Bang Hai Ninh - Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Deputy Head of the Trade Union of Phu Tho Industrial Parks, in charge of Vinh Phuc area, said: Up to now, most large enterprises with thousands of workers and laborers have successfully organized the Trade Union Congress for the 2025-2030 term, creating an exciting atmosphere among union members.

Yesterday (December 20), 5 enterprises in Vinh Phuc region held a Trade Union Congress including: Nuritech Vina Company, SJ Electronics Company, Shiang Yu Precision Company, Geo gear Company, GRS Vina Company.

Previously, Toan Hung Vietnam Industrial Co., Ltd., Tech Win Company, CN Diamond Company, Dongsan Company, Northstar Precision Vietnam Company, Sup Vina Company, Northstar Precision Vietnam Company, ISC Vina Company, NTS Vina Company, Vinh Phuc Infrastructure Development Company, BamBi Vietnam Company, Mentech Electronics Joint Stock Company also successfully organized the Trade Union Congress for the 2025-2030 term.

The report at the congress showed that in the past term, the grassroots trade unions of companies have achieved many outstanding results: coordinating with the professional team to ensure jobs and stable income for employees; effectively implementing periodic dialogue, negotiation and signing collective labor agreements at the workplace with favorable terms for employees.

In addition, grassroots trade unions also do a good job of family planning, building new cultural families; organize many practical care activities such as visiting and supporting union members in difficult circumstances, giving Tet gifts, organizing periodic health check-ups, cultural and sports activities.

The Phu Tho Industrial Park Trade Union hopes that the grassroots trade unions of companies will continue to promote their core role in building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations; actively contributing to the development of enterprises.

In addition, improving the quality of dialogue and collective bargaining, ensuring that the provisions in the collective labor agreement are increasingly beneficial to employees.
