Dak Lak Trade Union achieves many positive results in the first quarter of 2026
Dak Lak - In the first quarter of 2026, trade union levels in the province achieved many positive results in caring for and protecting union members and workers.
On April 8, the Dak Lak Provincial Labor Federation said that the unit had just organized a conference to summarize trade union activities in the first quarter and deploy tasks for the second quarter of 2026.
In the first quarter of 2026, trade union levels in the province achieved many positive results. The Provincial Labor Federation has propagated and mobilized the establishment of 12 new grassroots trade unions, admitted 379 union members, raising the total number of union members in the whole province to 61,183 people.
The work of caring for the lives of union members and workers continues to be concerned with many practical and meaningful activities. The Provincial Labor Federation has organized the "Tet Reunion 2026" Program in 2 areas, awarding 600 gifts (worth 800,000 VND/gift); supporting the construction of 10 "Trade Union Shelter" houses for union members in difficult circumstances with a total budget of 500 million VND.
At the same time, organizing "Trade Union Year-End Meal" for 632 union members and workers with a total budget of 53.7 million VND.
In addition, propaganda and mobilization of union members, workers, civil servants, and laborers continue to be promoted, especially on digital platforms, attracting a large number of union members to participate. Labor relations are basically stable; arising issues are promptly grasped, contributing to protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers.
At the conference, delegates focused on discussing many important contents such as: developing union members; establishing grassroots trade unions in non-state-owned enterprises; solutions to increase the rate of workers joining trade unions; improving the quality of lunch meals; strengthening the capacity of grassroots trade union officials.
Mr. Le Van Thanh - Chairman of the Dak Lak Provincial Labor Federation acknowledged and praised the positive results of trade union levels in the first quarter of 2026, and emphasized that trade union activities have had a clear change in quality.
In the second quarter of 2026, trade union levels will continue to perform well the function of representing and protecting legitimate and lawful rights and interests, taking care of the lives of union members and workers; and at the same time promote propaganda about important political events and major holidays.
