Visiting and giving gifts to workers of Goertek Vietnam Company

On the morning of April 15, a working delegation led by Mr. Nguyen Viet Oanh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council - visited, grasped the production and living situation and presented gifts to workers at Goertek Vina Science and Technology Co., Ltd. (Goertek Vietnam), located in Nam Son - Hap Linh Industrial Park.

The activity is part of the Workers' Month 2026 program, showing the concern of Party committees, authorities and Trade Union organizations for employees in enterprises.

Also participating in the delegation were representatives of the Provincial Labor Federation and the Management Board of Industrial Parks of the province. At the working session, business leaders gave a general report on the production, business, employment and living situation of workers.

In Bac Ninh, Goertek Vietnam has invested since 2013 with its first project in Que Vo 1 Industrial Park, then continued to expand in Nam Son - Hap Linh Industrial Park (April 2024).

To date, Goertek Vietnam has become one of the large-scale foreign-invested enterprises in the province, creating jobs for about 60,000 workers. Not only focusing on production and business, the enterprise also actively participates in social security activities, taking care of workers' lives.

In recent years, the company has donated tens of billions of VND to COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control programs; supporting people affected by natural disasters and storms; building houses for households in difficult circumstances; giving gifts to children, students and workers in particularly difficult circumstances. In particular, in the two years 2024 - 2025, the business supported the "Kinh Bac Learning Land" program with a sponsorship budget of 1.3 billion VND.

At the visit, Mr. Nguyen Viet Oanh acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts of the enterprise in maintaining production, creating stable jobs, and effectively implementing regimes and policies for workers.

Mr. Nguyen Viet Oanh emphasized that Bac Ninh province identifies attracting investment and industrial development as a key goal. Currently, the province is interested in investing in transport infrastructure and building large-scale projects to increase regional and national connectivity; and at the same time wishes businesses to continue to invest and expand production scale further in the coming time, making positive contributions to the province's growth.

In addition to production and business activities, Mr. Nguyen Viet Oanh also requested businesses to pay more attention to the lives, jobs and welfare of workers. In addition, continue to actively participate and support social security programs, contributing to the province in effectively implementing socio-economic development goals.

On this occasion, the working delegation presented 100 gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances.

On April 15, at Nam Son Factory, Goertek Vietnam organized the opening of the A9 dining hall. The project contributes to improving the quality of life for workers. The A9 dining hall has a maximum service scale of 9,000 people/shift, spacious space, improving the quality of life of workers in the enterprise.

Speaking here, leaders of the Bac Ninh Provincial Labor Federation highly appreciated the business's concern for workers, emphasizing that improving the quality of lunch meals contributes to improving health, creating motivation for work and long-term commitment. The operation of the A9 cafeteria shows the sustainable development orientation, putting workers at the center of the business.
