From November 15, 2016, foreign organizations in Vietnam must publicize recruitment information
Reader tienthinhxx@gmail. com asks: Do foreign organizations in Vietnam have to publicly post recruitment information on the National Job Exchange?
Lawyer Nguyen Thi Thuy, YouMe Law Company Limited answers:
Clause 1, Article 6 of Decree No. 371/2026/ND-CP detailing the recruitment and management of Vietnamese workers working for foreign organizations and individuals in Vietnam (effective from November 15, 2016) stipulates the recruitment of Vietnamese workers working for foreign organizations and individuals in Vietnam as follows:
1. When there is a need to recruit Vietnamese workers, foreign organizations and individuals must notify in writing directly, via postal services or online, via the official email address of the management agency or organization specified in Article 5 of this Decree, which clearly states the job position and number to be recruited. At the same time, foreign organizations and individuals must publicly post recruitment information for Vietnamese workers on the National Job Exchange (address: https://www.vieclam.gov.vn) or another legal job information portal or the organization's official electronic information page.
Thus, from November 15, 26, when there is a need to recruit Vietnamese workers, foreign organizations and individuals must publicly post information about recruiting Vietnamese workers on the National Job Exchange or other legal job information portals or the official electronic information page of the organization according to the above regulations.
