Representatives of Vietnamese Heroic Mothers' relatives entitled to allowances according to regulations from 2027

According to Consolidated Document No. 123/2026/VBHN-PL-VPQH dated August 5, 2026 on the Ordinance on Preferential Treatment of People with Meritorious Services to the Revolution, effective from January 1, 2027, some regulations on one-time allowances are adjusted from the phrase "relatives" to "representatives of relatives".

Article 19, Consolidated Document No. 123/2026/VBHN-PL-VPQH stipulates, Preferential Regimes for relatives of Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, specifically:

Clause 1. One-time allowance for relatives when Vietnamese Heroic Mothers are awarded the title but die without enjoying preferential treatment or being posthumously awarded the title "Vietnamese Heroic Mother".

Clause 2. One-time allowance for relatives' representatives with a level equal to 03 months of monthly allowance, monthly allowance currently enjoyed when Vietnamese Heroic Mothers are receiving monthly allowance, monthly allowance upon death.

Thus, from January 1, 2027, the regulations on representatives of relatives receiving one-time allowances are clarified in the preferential policy for people with meritorious services to the revolution. Therefore, representatives of relatives of Vietnamese Heroic Mothers are entitled to one-time allowances as mentioned above.
