Nghe An - Garment enterprise recruits 500 workers in Nhan Hoa commune, creating stable job opportunities right in the locality.

On April 26, the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation said that Haivina Kim Lien Company - Nhan Hoa Branch is implementing a large-scale recruitment campaign with 500 positions for workers and trainees in the garment industry.

The recruitment campaign aims to meet the needs of expanding production, while creating more job opportunities for workers in the locality and surrounding areas, contributing to limiting the situation of working far away.

According to the plan, the recruitment program will be held from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM on May 9th at Nhan Hoa Commune People's Committee (facility 2), Hoi Lam village.

Workers who do not have skills will be systematically trained from the beginning, quickly access jobs and have stable income after a short time.

When working at the company, employees enjoy many benefits such as long-term work, stable income, holiday and Tet bonuses, and 13th month salary. Transparent salary and bonus policies include basic salary, allowances, attendance bonuses, and productivity bonuses.

In addition, businesses support lunch money and gasoline; fully implement social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance right from the probation period; ensure a modern, clean, and airy working environment.

Working hours are from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, of which overtime is calculated according to regulations.

Notably, businesses have policies prioritizing female workers, especially pregnant workers or those raising young children, who are allowed to work 7 hours a day but still receive full salary, contributing to balancing work and family.

Along with that, the company implements a bonus policy of 2,000,000 VND for each case of introducing new workers, thereby expanding job opportunities in the community.

The Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation assessed that recruitment activities not only contribute to solving employment and increasing income for workers but also help people stabilize their lives and be attached to their homeland for a long time.
