Long Thanh Airport recruits workers until the end of 2026 with attractive salaries

High requirements for foreign language proficiency

On April 21, in an exchange with a reporter from Lao Dong Newspaper, Chairman of the Recruitment Council, Acting Director of Long Thanh International Airport Nguyen Xuan Phong said that the recruitment of workers at Long Thanh airport will take place in many phases, from now until the end of 2026.

Accordingly, phase 1 - phase 1, ACV needs to recruit positions such as: Aviation Safety specialists; Safety staff; Service Quality Control specialists; drivers and ground equipment operators (electric vehicles, self-propelled cranes, firefighters, ambulances); fire prevention and fighting staff, maintenance staff, technical equipment repair staff; technical equipment operators.

In addition to age and expertise requirements, ACV also requires a minimum level of English TOEIC 300 or equivalent or higher, basic information technology skills...

Specifically for the position of Safety staff, it requires a minimum TOEIC English proficiency of 400 or equivalent or higher; English service quality control specialist with a minimum TOEIC 500 or equivalent or higher.

According to the ACV Recruitment Council, the salary, bonus, and income regime are attractive when working at Long Thanh airport, salary is not lower than 15 million VND/month and is trained and developed skills suitable for the job position.

Prioritize recruiting local workers to work at Long Thanh airport

Previously, in November 2025, the ACV Recruitment Council also announced the recruitment of workers to work at the Long Thanh Airport Terminal Operation Center with positions such as: terminal equipment operator; BHS operator; terminal and bus station electromechanical equipment operator; terminal equipment operation, maintenance, and repair engineer; information technology engineer; low-voltage power system maintenance and repair engineer and low-voltage power system maintenance and repair staff.

ACV also recruits positions at the Port office; Finance and Accounting Department, Organization and Personnel Department, Planning Department, Business Department, Technical - Technology - Environment Department, Safety - Quality Control Department...

In 2025, Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee also approved a project to train and develop local human resources to serve Long Thanh International Airport in the period 2024-2026, with orientation to 2030 in the province.

The project's objective is to organize training and support in finding jobs at the airport (inside and outside the airport) for workers permanently residing in Dong Nai province by 2030, about 4,800 people. In which, there is a consensus on the mechanism to prioritize recruiting local workers to work at Long Thanh airport (on the basis of meeting recruitment standards according to aviation industry regulations).

Long Thanh airport is planned to be put into commercial operation in the fourth quarter of 2026.
